Multiple commands on a button

Featured Replies

G'day everyone,

I'm relatively new to LINDA and just getting my head around the basic assignment of commands to external hardware.

One thing I was wondering was if there is a way of assigning two commands to the same button.

For example in the CRJ Professional Series, there are two Yaw Damper switches which need to be pressed and I'd like to assign both to a single button. I've fiddled around with the current user interface as much as I can but can't see any obvious way of doing it.

I'd be grateful for your help.

Many thanks

Hi Warwick

LINDA allows you to add up to 2 extra functions per button using the Shift actions. The Shift can local to one device or global affecting all devices. Details can be found in the release notes PDF for each version download. Come back if you hit any problems.

Thanks Andrew, I'll give it a go!

Just realised that I didn't explain this properly. What I'm hoping to do is have multiple commands execute on a single button press. For example:

Yaw Damper 1 On

pause

Yaw Damper 2 On

Is that possible?

Many thanks
