Hello, is there any mod or any modification that can be made to make the triangles of the lights much smaller? I have installed the 3D Redux and modified the cfg of the plane but this neither does anything nor helps. In an intente search I saw that editing some mdl files could solve it but I have no idea how.

 

I've downloaded and installed a possible fix for your problem some time ago and will search for it in my pile of backup DVDs. If I find it I will report back in this thread, if possible with the original file name and it's source.

Try 'Nicks_Lightfix' available here on AvSim or there is a v2 over on FlightSim

Chris_eve beat me to my promised answer but I'm still using Nicks_Lightfix v.1 for my landing and taxi lights, etc. A great improvement but read his instructions.
