500 Mb/sec connection

Downloaded and decompressed 4.84GB (98% of 4.96 GB) very quickly.  At that point I see a message [196/214] - Please Wait and the the installer goes back to 3.77GB and quickly reloads up to 4.84 GB - over and over

I stopped the download and then restarted FlightSim - I then see a message ADDITIONAL DISK SPACE / AVAILABLE SPACE -/198.93 GIB and pressing CONTINUE or BROWSE does nothing
The SSD dedicated to FlightSim has 198GB free space on it.

I cancelled the install and restarted FlightSim and it now CTD while showing the stone wall and parapets

I then restart the sim in SAFE mode and and it goes to the installation manager who wants to down load 16.85 GIB (the first series of downloads only tried to download 4.96 GB)

Installation manager starts downloading at 102Mb/sec but quick tells me "Connection Lost - Please ensure you have an active internet connection..."

I check with OOKLA and as ALWAYS - I have a 500Mb/sec connection.  I click OK and get to the installation manager - where I see [1/21] - Please Wait but nothing ever happens

Waited a few minutes and tried again - this time I was able to download 324.55MiB / 16.84MiB before the "connection lost" message

The message also says Installation Manager will keep trying to reconnect but it never does.  I keep running OOKLA and consistently see 450 - 500 Mb/sec with no lost connections

I am then stuck - so why do I try now?

Tried again Wednesday morning and the 16 GB update downloaded, installed, started a flight in less than 30-minutes.
