November 5, 20214 yr Hi all, I bought the Saitek X52 Space/Flight H.O.T.A.S. and am having problems with it. I am an avid helicopter pilot and have the Airbus H145 integrated in FS 2020. My problem is that when I push the thrust lever forward, i.e. increase the power on takeoff, the helicopter turns to the right and I can't stop it. The consequence is of course the crash. What is going wrong here? Please help! Thanks Scooter010

I get it that you cannot ask MSFS questions here ( I assume there is nowhere to ask in Avsim?) ,but where has it been moved to as I have looked everywhere and cannot find it as you never mentioned its destination, thanks. ,
November 5, 20214 yr I have the same problem and have looked but can't find where this was moved to. Interested to find out also!
November 5, 20214 yr Administrators Interesting that you can't look at the top of this forum and see that it is in the MSFS 2020 forum. It was moved from the Microsoft Flight 2012 forum. November 5, 20214 yr When you add power to the main rotor, you have to also add rudder (tail rotor) to counter act the turn. For most helos, this will be adding left rudder. So when you add the power, active a little bit of left rudder to counter the turning. You may want to consider to 'reverse' the power axis in the controller set up so to add power you actually pull back the throttle. This will more closely simulate the real helo. Please dont take the 'sarcasm' to mean anything bad. The moderator did the right thing and brought you to the correct forum. From all of us here, welcome. 🙂 CPU: Core i5-6600K 4 core (3.5GHz) - overclock to 4.3 | RAM: (1066 MHz) 16GB MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro | GeForce GTX 1070 8GB | MONITOR: 2560 X 1440 2K

November 5, 20214 yr If two of us have wrongly come to the conclusion that this post was moved AWAY from the MSFS 2020 forum to somewhere else, then maybe...just maybe your original post mentioning it had been moved was open to interpretation.......
