Need a camera view for top down or eye in the sky

Can a camera view be setup as a "top down view" or "eye in the sky" say a thousand feet above an airport to see how the static traffic is laid out?  I could do this in Aerofly FS2 and had views from 500m, 1000m and 2000m.  It was very handy for getting the big picture when in the sim.
