Lead in boxes on approach

Featured Replies

With the latest update these are now present. Also lead-in markings after landing on the runway. How do I turn these off. Thanks for any guidance.

I think this happened to lots of people after yesterday's update.

To get rid of these "assists", from the Welcome page click on OPTIONS and then ASSISTANCE OPTIONS. On that page, use the arrows at the top of the options list to get to TRUE TO LIFE. This should set most of the options to HARD. You can go into the USER EXPERIENCE option to further limit things like ATC VOICES, etc., depending on your interests. This should get rid of all those annoying visual and aural features that you don't want.

Hope this helps.

Hi John,

Thanks very much. Now got it figured out and learned something tonight. Cheers.
