Remote connection issue

Success. I've managed to get to work with v2.6.18. Will now try an upgrade to latest version.

2.6.18 is already the latest stable. 2.7 is a test/alpha version.

Huh - must of grabbed the wrong zip file when I thought I was loading a previous version.  Seems like the mistake played out in my favor anyway.  So just to recap:

• I deleted everything on both PC's including those in the AppData\Local and AppData\Roaming and also the plug-in
• Re-installed on X-Plane PC. Loaded the scenery and Elevation files
• Copied the db files from the X-Plane PC to the remote PC
• Installed the remote PC files, ran the app and loaded the elevation files
• Ran LNC and presto it worked.

Only difference I can see is that on the previous installation I did not have the elevation files loaded.  I dont know if that was the issue but anyhow its all up and running so thanks for your help

Hi Rick,

the elevation files normally should not make a difference. Anyway, good it's working now.🙂
