Recommended Posts

Guest Jon ARNZ

Hopefully this is a simple question, where does one find the FSX config file in VISTA. In XP it was found here:C:Documents and Settings*user name*Application DataMicrosoftFSXBut VISTA has me beat. Any help muchly appreciated.

I think if you open a console (run --> cmd) and enter:notepad "%appdata%microsoftfsxfsx.cfg"that should get you there. I'm not in vista at the moment, but I'm pretty sure this will work, even with hidden folders etc. otherwise if hidden folders are available in win explorer, you can navigate toC:usersusernameappdataroamingmicrosoftfsxfsx.cfgthat will work too (assumes C: is location of vista).scott s..
