Taxi light toggle A320 FBW

I wanted to use a key-shortcut for toggeling the taxi lights. In the menu there is such an entry with Alt+j, however, if I use it it's toggels RWY Turn off lights of FBW A320 to on or off. I couldn't find anything else in the menu. Is there are an option to do that?

I don't use FSUIPC, and don't want to buy it for that money just because of little features that I would use.
