December 8, 20214 yr I am using a Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X and as soon as I get this beast 10 feet in the air, it starts wobbling like a a wound-down top, about to fall over. If it was an amusement park ride I'd get off and puke. And I have no idea why. Also, when it starts, I'm in the back seat. Am I missing something? Are there instructions on how to fly it? Is there some auto-stabilizer switch I'm ignoring? I have seen videos of it flying straight and level. That has not been my experience. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. January 12, 20224 yr Same for me! I was so excited to fly a helicopter type of craft until it got into the air. I also tried flying it from a non-airport, where you select any place on the map and you start in the air. The moment you start in the air it wobbles. I took the advice of https://flightsim.to/ where you must turn off all flight assistance for their helicopters. It didn't do anything. This built-in MSFS aircraft is unflyable. I use a new Thrustmaster Hotas One. PC is Windows 10 (I'll do Windows eleven in 2025 after millions have sorted out Microsoft's post launch beta stuff). i9-10900K @3.70 Ghz 64 GB RAM 400MBPS internet and (don't hate me) a SAMSUNG 49-Inch CRG9 Curved Gaming Monitor, Black, QHD, 120Hz I'm going to learn how to install flightsim.to helicopters and their program, so I can fly helos in MSFS. I'm glad MSFS is at least trying with this Velocity drone thing that fails--it means they might be working on built-in helos soon.
