FSLabs_A3xx_v3_0 LUA Files

Featured Replies

I am sorry. I just downloaded and installed version 3. Many thanks for that. I'm afraid that this version is missing the Lua files in the zip. file. For someone who has already installed V2.3 no problem. If I'm not wrong a user who installs V3.0 without previous version 2.3 could get problems because the lua files are missing.
Thanks again Stefan

Hi @Stefan01, I have checked the zip for FSLabs_A3xx_V3_0 and the expected .LUA files are present in linda/aircrafts/FSLabs A3xx folder (eg. actions.lua and ident.lua). It will be missing the config-mcpX.lua files in the linda-cfg/aircrafts/FSLabs A3xx folder. These will be generated automatically from the .default files present for new users or will need to be copied across from your previous version.

Could this be my problem? LINDA in combination with the FSLabs Airbus doesn't work for me at the moment (P3D v5.3)

FSUIPC log file says:

*** LUA Error: ...-ons\FSUIPC6\linda/aircrafts/FSLabs A3xx/actions.lua:9: module 'socket' not found:
    no field package.preload['socket']socket
    no file 'C:\Users\Adrian\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6\socket.lua'
    no file 'C:\Users\Adrian\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6\socket\init.lua'
    no file 'C:\Users\Adrian\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6\lua\socket.lua'
    no file 'C:\Users\Adrian\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6\lua\socket\init.lua'
    no file 'C:\Users\Adrian\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6\lua\socket.dll'
    no file 'C:\Users\Adrian\Documents\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons\FSUIPC6\lua\loadall.dll'

That is the issue. Any LUA Error will stop LINDA working. The FSLabs needs the socket to access the local host data for the MCP/FCU display data. I will check tomorrow.
