Added New Scenery from ORBX - Now Blue opaque boxes?

I have a load of ORBX scenery and it has been working great.  A few days ago, I loaded up 6-8 new ORBX airports and P3Dv4.5 is throwingtransparent blue boxes and green boxes at various random locations around the scenery.  I have verified files are not corrupt.

What possibly could have gone wrong please?
