Love Little Navmap.  With a recent release the Flight Plan page now shows the 3 character IATA instead of the 4 character IDENT code.  This is a hassle because when entering the flight plan on some planes the 3 letter IATA does not work (i.e. FlyJSim Q4XP) - so I have flip back and forth to get the correct code to program the FMS.  I can't find a place to change this as an option.  

Anyone know of a work-around or that I may be missing something?

You should reload the scenery library. This will fix it.

LNM shows ICAO before anything else. IATA was never meant as a primary id display.

Also check if you use the latest LNM 2.6.17.

Thanks - That fixed it.  I had to re-link the scenery library; it evidently broke at the last update.
