May 7, 200719 yr Thanks to the person or team (don't know the name) at http://lc0277.nerim.net/ for thier FS9 to FSX traffic bgl converter.I picked up JF Traffic in Feb, and have since been looking for a fs9 to fsx bgl converter (or a patch from JF) so I could get my ship traffic back.I tried another one discussed here, but was getting arithmetic errors (don't know if it was an issue with my rig or their program) regardless I gave lc0277's a try. Installed Java, and literally in two clicks and about two minutes - now have a FSX compatable bgl, and my ships back. :)BTW, my bgl when from 79mb to around 103mb.Regards'Garett

I spent many frustrating hoursattempting to "satisfy" Traffic Data Base Builder and finallygave up. The TDBB results just were not worth the effort requiredto produce a BGL. >BTW, my bgl when from 79mb to around 103mb.>>Regards'>>Garett> Yes, the BGL's do grow in size when converted but I can live with that, considering all the BLOAT that FSX has already forced upon us :) Paul
May 7, 200719 yr Author "He ( lc0277 ) also created a nice little utility for creatingyour own custom ship traffic called "AIBTC - AI Boat Traffic Compiler"."I grabbed that ! ;) He has a good read me too.. I was also reading the SDK about it, the ships seem pretty simple. On my "to do" list, is making some routes for cruise ships for the "Northwest Passage" trip I took. Holger's GB2 has them, and I want to see a few doing the trip in FSX. While some FSX features I could live without, I really do appreciate the ship traffic in the new version. I intend to play around with that one.Ditto on the TDBB. I wanted to spend my time elsewhere on the new version, which coincidently was the whole reason I bought Traffic. Figures ...Garett
