Help with a TileProxy error message

I have tried several different Proxy INI files, but can't seem to get it to work. The error message I get is:Fetching Tiles at Level "x" failed.Where "x" seems to numbers between 1 and 8 I think.What should I be looking for to solve this problem?Thanks,jim
