Little Navmap

My little navmap worked perfectly and all of a sudden i get a message displayed over the map "Contact User:The DJ if you want to maintainOSMdb and or the wmflabs osm server

Got the same message in MSFS 2020 a day ago.

Same here. 

One simple fix (while the OSM issue is not sorted out) is to just change the map source in the drop down menu at the top right. Change from OSM to some other, such as OpenTopoMap. Worked for me.

"POUR VOTRE INFORMATION. J'ai maintenant fait en sorte que les tuiles tiles.wmflabs.org renvoient une image statique . Je n'ai pas envie de traîner cette chose pendant encore 4 ans car ce n'est pas vraiment quelque chose que j'apprécie. Surtout avec le manque de fiabilité de la synchronisation de la base de données OSM pour wmflabs et personne n'a investi pour le réparer non plus. Cela signifie ce qui suit :

  1. Les tuiles mapnik OSM multilingues standard ne seront plus disponibles pour la communauté. Utilisez https://tile.openstreetmap.org/${z}/${x}/${y}.png à la place
  2. Les tuiles d'ombrage ne seront plus disponibles (je ne connais pas d'alternative)
  3. La carte randobike que nous hébergions ne sera plus disponible
  4. Le style OMS noir et blanc et nolabels ne sera plus disponible

Si quelqu'un est intéressé à le reprendre, je suis prêt à vous faire visiter le serveur. Si personne ne se porte volontaire, il sera probablement bientôt supprimé lors de la prochaine purge : https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/News/Cloud_VPS_2021_Purge"

Found this elsewhere.

Go to View, then select Show Hillshading. The normal OpenStreetMap tiles will be restored.
