I just bought the FSW Lear 35. I want to operate it with the new FMS FSW has made for it but I don't want a non-functional weather radar in the panel. I would purchase the Milviz/REX WX Advantage solution IF IT WERE STILL FOR SALE. But alas, it is not. So, I considered buy a Milviz aircraft that is packaged with WX Advantage. Now, my question is this. 

Would I be able to edit the Lear 35 panel to use the WX Advantage gauge that will of course be in my sim from installing the Milviz aircraft?

I use P3D v4.5

There's a pretty solid freeware WxR available, which I believe you could swap for the Mv Wxr (unless someone knows this for sure can't be done). I think you'll need Active Sky for the freeware WxR to pick up radar returns: https://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=p3dgau&DLID=200102
