no reg file from simmarket for FSCommander

Featured Replies

Hi, all I recently attempted to purchase FSCommander from Simmarket and cannot get the registration file for it. I receive the email from them concerning my purchase and that the email is sent, but that email and it's attachment do not appear. Simmarket says its a problem with my ISP, who says not so. I've also tried to get help from Microsoft but so far nothing. I have Ie6 and Outlook Express 6. Has anyone else had a problem like this? JamesJ

Hi,Have you double checked that your email adress is correct in your account data at simMarket?I had problems receiving emails from simMarket some months ago. I contacted both my ISP and simMarket, and both parties claimed not to be the cause of the problems. But after some time, when I did a new purchase, I got the email confirmation. I have no idea what caused the problem and who solved it. So this is big trouble when it happens and makes me so frustrated. The only advice I can give you is check with your ISP once again and then register a new trouble ticket at simMarket and ask them to resend the license key and and hope for the best.Good luck!Ulf B

JamesJI had trouble with Comcast because the sender didn't have something currently required in the email. Check with your ISP about Simmarket email. They might be able to help you.
