Look for it in here:C:UsersApplication DataMicrosoftFSXIf you don't see it, you have to unhide "hidden files and folders" in your Explorer folder settings.

Thanks for the timely reply. just got vista so am stumbling around. the Application Data folder under Users is not accesible, can't open it. Any more help will be appreciated. :-)wb5okj

Your're right, it's not, my apologies. After looking in the matter, I find that "Application Data" folder in Vista is not a real folder (it has a shortcut arrow as part of the icon). Apparently, this is a "junction" - it's there for compatibility with older software designed for XP.The real folder to find the FSX.cfg in Windows Vista is this:C:UsersAppDataRoamingMicrosoftFSX
