Oculus Quest 2 Settings

Borrowed one for a week.  I have a decent PC set up, 32MB Ram, MSI 3080rtx,  Intel 12700K.   I see videos on utube saying how great it looks, tried to emulate the settings shown,  tried VR  Flight Sim Guys settings , have tried 72/80/90/120Hz, but whatever I do its quite jerky if you look out of the side windows.  Straight ahead isn't too bad,  but I would not say the graphics are "great".  As I only have it for a week (and  out at work all day) I don't want to spend ages tweaking  dozens of settings.  Are there any  Key  settings any one can suggest  I should use to get smoothness? Is there a  recent utube link any one can suggest, as most seem to be a year old.

It is good fun though flying in Vr,  but I am cheating using a x box controller rather than my yokes etc

Thanks for any tips
