After updating hardware the black load screen crashes with error UCRTbase.DLL Exception code: 0xc0000005...

Running the store version and Windows 11 X64 Pro.

System was running fine, but after an update from my hardware MOBO and CPU I have the following issue:
It crashes (during the first black loading screen) with UCRTBase.dll error Exception code: 0xc0000005

Mobo = MSI MPG Z690 Edge wifi ddr4 and CPU I7-12700K
Not upgrade but, RTX 3080 and 32GB ram and several m2 drives…

The only solution that works now is to disable the windows audio services and re-enable it during the XBOX white loading screen. (sound is working perfectly fine after that)
When loaded everything is stable as a rock and great performance smoothest I ever experienced with MSFS even running with hours in the virtual skies.
It’s only the loading part during the blackscreen!
Removed the sound drivers (Realtek (don't have the nahimic services)) with DDU and installed again with the latest drivers…

Running Windows 11 Pro stable for months now.
Loading via the command line -fastlaunch is a hit miss thing, while disabling and re-enabling the windows audio service works every time…
Windows and drivers and Visual C++  drivers al up to date.
English Language (US) pack installed

This one puzzles me…

(P3D is running fine)

Any ideas gentlemen and ladies appreciated any input?
