Backing up your Community Folder

Having lost my Community folder and lots of other info and data stored in the Packages folder when MS kindly decided to wipe my drive for not signing out of the last beta, I tried everything to backup my Community folder which was not possible as a result of of the ridiculous file protection.

I finally found an old program called 'The unstoppable copier' which did the trick. it's very simple to use and works fine in Windows 10 and 11.
