FSX/P3D All Access Pack-where are the products?

I recently bought the above product and I got the FS2crew product manager on my downloads (orders). I have run it and nothing seems to be downloading at all. Roughly how long should it take? 

Am I required to take another step, I was actually only interested in the NGXU for now.

Hi Jerry,

After you install the All Access Pack, you should see a new desktop icon called "FS2Crew All Access Pack".

Please run it.

A screen should appear were you can select which FS2Crew you want to download from a drop down list (ie., the NGX-U).

You then click "START" and it will start downloading.

I just tested it... worked fine for me.
