Im getting an error message saying something like -  One Store/fsbase and Onestore/fsbase-nav , Steam/fsbase and Steam/fsbase-nav is not in the Steam folder. One error even says C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Community is missing. Last I knew, there is no community folder in the Common folder. Community folder is in the AppData folder.

Why is LNM looking for this in the wrong folder?

No airports at all showing up. I directed it to the packages folder.

Did you try reset? LNM finds the MSFS installation automatically.

Can you post a screenshot of the full LNM window including scenery load dialog, title bar and statusbar?
