March 5, 20224 yr One reason for running MSFS on an Xbox is for use in a living room in front of TV or kids bedroom TV. A desk mounted stick or yoke doesn't fit in with those locations too well. But a plywood lapboard is a solid but portable mount for say the Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS One (which is throttle, stick, and rudder all in one and it is Xbox|X or S compatible). I would velcro foam underneath the board for soft comfort. Like the sheet foam you see in Pelican aluminum cases. Only much denser foam. You can buy sheets of foam of different densities on eBay or Amazon. You can make the board a little wider so a small keyboard sits between the controllers. This guy has a PS4 instead of an Xbox so he uses a different model: T-Flight HOTAS 4. For Xbox & MSFS you need a T-Flight HOTAS One (they also work on a PC). 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
