Reality Screen goes dark after a few min of use

No matter what I do, the RealityXP screen goes dark after a few min of using. If I restart flight it works again for a few min...then dark again. Once realityxp screen goes dark I can't get it back starting a new flight. Also using Airmanager app for touchscreen VOR/ILS if that helps. When it goes dark, the buttons/knobs on the RealSimGear GNS430 seem to make sounds when pressed and the connected hardware plugin shows the buttons being pressed.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I tried using the X430 instead of the RealityXP GNS430w and has no issue so the culprit must be RealityXP GNS430W...

I uninstalled and reinstalled the realityxp software to include the trainer software also...still no joy.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the log file. It looks like there is a problem making the Garmin trainer process quit here. I'll cross check and report back.

Are you by any chance using any imported GNS database from a real cartridge?
