Engine sounds go when going Multiplayer...

I have been experiencing a weirdiness with engine sounds, inside or outside of the cockpit when after a session in the Reno Air Races I return to the main MFS GUI, go to options and disable "Multiplayer" and then create a new flight using the World Map.

When the situation loads I am inside of the aircraft but most of the sounds, including the engine sounds, are gone.

Leaving MFS and then restarting it brings back all sounds, but it's kind of weird why that is happening.

I only noticed it with SU8, and I hadn't used the Reno Air Races for quite a while.

Any of you experiencing the same ?
