Go to Flightsim.to, click on "your account" (top right corner of the page), in the dropdown list, select "my downloads", and the list of updated freeware will be there for you to download in the column with a red dot "update available".

If you want to see all the freeware you have downloaded from this site in the past, click on the column with a green dot.
