March 21, 20224 yr Hello All, I just picked up a LG OLED C1 48" TV. When I run P3D with GSYNC/VRR enabled I get this annoying white flash that appears to be caused by the mouse cursor when hovering or clicking on click spots. Turning GSYNC/VRR off causes the flash to go away. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this issue and if there is a workaround/fix other than turning off GSYNC? Make sure you have latest updated firmware/software for the LG 3. Make sure you don't have any other motion control options set in the LG (game mode) Cheers, Rob. Hi Rob, Looks like the issue is now resolved. I followed all suggestions. Turns out the issue was related to the Windows HDR setting. I was trying to identify what setting was causing the mouse to look like a glowing torch inside the virtual cockpit. Moving the mouse around the VC would cause what looked like light emanating from the mouse cursor and reflecting off the virtual cockpit. Any time the mouse would hit a click spot or you clicked, the screen would flash/flicker. I switched off the Windows HDR setting, and loaded up the simulator. The flash/flicker was gone. I then toggled HDR in Windows back on and everything was normal. Not sure why, but it seems to be resolved. I'm coming off of a 40" Westinghouse LCD TV from 2010ish that I bought at Best Buy for $300. This OLED is next level. I lack the words to describe the beautiful picture produced by the LG C1. Truly incredible. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. I appreciate everything you do for the flight sim community.
