Can't download and purchase GTN750 for Xplane

Trying to purchase GTN 750 for Xplane. Windows 10 system. Says that the file is potential threat/virus and will not allow completion of download. I disabled Virus protection. Still have the same error. Sounds like a Windows thing but can't figure it out.

You most like have to tell your browser to go one step further, as illustrated here:

As for the "potential threat/virus" message itself, this is a false positive and it is better documented here:
