Quest 2 Lock up when sound glitches

HI does anybody get this happening.  Occasionally when sound glitches the Quest locks up,  corrupted vison at the sides  and the headset locks up.  Pausing the sim , restarting the headset and switching back to desktop mode then back to vr mode sorts it out?

Dodgy headset?  Software glitch?  Anyone else seen this happen?  Debug tool and tray tool running on link cable and windows 11.
