GTN 650 Not Showing Correctly

Recommended Posts

Recently ordered the GTN 650 plugin and get garbled display for it when in XP11 (see attached image). When I open the GTN trainer outside of XP11 it looks and works fine. Anyone seen this before and know how to resolve? Thanks for any help!

Hi,

What is your video card brand and driver version?

Is this happening both in VK and OGL?

What version of X-Plane 11 are you running?

Hi,

I'm having the same issue.  get that weird garbled look when using Vulcan, but it looks fine with OGL.

problem is that cuts my frame rate in half! (40 down to 20)

running 3 monitors on WIN10, an AMD rx580, latest drivers, and latest X-plane 11.55

pretty fresh install, no other plug ins installed, using stock C172.

I also tried on a 2nd pc, windows 10, this one with a Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB, latest drivers installed. XP 11.55

There I had a similar issue others reported.  Works fine with open GL (with low frame rates) and when I restart with vulcan, XP11 will not boot at all.

any help/ideas?  is there another thread that already addresses this?

thanks,

matt
