Overspeed is set to low on the C414

According to the sim the cruise speed for the C414 is 230knts, TAS

Overspeed warning kick in at around  235-240 knts TAS

However the the airspeed indicator  show that overspeed is near 300knts TAS,

what is the correct "never exceed speed" should be explained.

for those who use the C414 as part of a fleet in AIRHAULER  on ONAIR can quckly be penalized which such a narrow Vc and Vne speeds
