no license key

I bought a CDU license and an overhead license from simmarket. CDU says it has received the license file normally, but the overhead license has already been used. Not immediately after purchase. Why is this?

Not sure I fully understand the question but please send a license request as described in the manual.

Make sure you use the same email address as you used during initial request.

If you have, make sure you check your spam folder
