Deleting photogrammetry cities (but not whole world updates)

Featured Replies

I thought the often suggested method here would not help me because I was gpu limited instead of cpu limited. But it did help. Enormously.

28 before deletion and 42 fps after deletion at the same airport Samedan in Austria.

You can see my lowly specs. But I have everything set on display to ULTRA, except terrain LOD at 200 instead of 400. And this is payware airport and dense scenery. I never got anywhere near 42 before that trick.

A controlled test, same everything, deleted the 6 items from Content Manager, close and reopened MSFS, and 28 became 42 at Samedan.

CONTENT MANAGER (type in photogrammetry in Content Manager search bar, because the items to delete are not installed packages, they are only parts of the installed world update packages. You don't want to delete these whole world updates.)
