Hello,

 Recently purchased them RXP 530. I had problems with the installer crashing during installation. Finally got it to install now I'm having problems with the RXP GNS causing the sim to crash. I can use it for couple of seconds before it crashes. If I don't use it the sim runs fine. I've even tried installing it on a fresh Version of Xplane 11 with no plug-ins all default. But still crashes. I'm really trying to get a hold of customer support. But I don't see any contact information on their website.

If anyone can help out with either these things would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please describe whether there was any message when the installation was crashing? If yes, which message?

Then, when it is crashing in XP11, what is the crash report information? What is XP11 saying?
