Hello, I'm a user of PSXseecon traffic for MSFS and realtraffic professional. 

If, for example, I'm flying from Madrid to Barcelona, while flying, is there a way to also connect the learner on Barcelona Airport? 

Like this, when I will arrive, I will see parked the planes that were arriving half an hour before I land. 

Do we have this option? 

Another question, what would be the best option on airport where ai planes are not with transponder on? I mean, suddenly they appear in the sky, taking off, but you never see them taxiing. Would you recommend for that airports, the aig traffic controller?

Yes you have, it is called Learn Destination (in the UI in the right hand corner). See the Manual 9.3. Just start PSXT, enter your destination, then start Learner.

There are no. Don't fly at these airports.

No, no, no. That will interfere with RealTraffic.
