I was flying an ultralight today and noticed that when I pulled up or turned, the bar moved but the arms stayed stationary. It makes for some wierd viewing. That happens in all aircraft, not just the ultralight. Maybe this is an advanced animations effect? Thanks.

Disregard the post above, I found the fix. It was the Advanced Animations.
