Tree Size mod on Flghtsim.to

Featured Replies

LICJ in default. And with the mod (trees, bushes, grass, all about 2/3 the default size). And my cobbled version from his mod with even shorter version, where all vegetation is closer to 1/2 size).

To make your own just look inside the MOD folders for the .xml file and open it with Notepad. And change all the min and max heights (there are probably 50 lines of the heights to alter, for 50 different vegetation trees, grass, etc. , took me 20 minutes of editing).

example line, default: <Size min="15" max="20"/> .... the mod: <Size min="12" max="14"/>  .... my even shorter edit: <Size min="9" max="12"/>

Here's his mod, it drops in community so Asobo updates won't overwrite it. Just plug and play.

Shorter Trees / Tree Height Modification VERSION 4.0 for MFS2020 (shorter, realistic trees) » Microsoft Flight Simulator

His mod (and my altered version) are universal, they changes every tree, bush, and grass, in the whole sim! Everywhere!
