So I learned a procedure that gave me more resolution and more fps when using multi monitors in SU10 beta. *

I  don't have room for three, so I have two 32" monitors side by side, There are 2 bezels in the middle of the frame, not ideal.

So I went to 'Experimental' in General Options msfs. And clicked on 'add new render window'. Which set up msfs to run in a window split between my two monitors as you see in the image. But the image was less clear and fps was only about 49. **

==> So I went back to Experimental and unchecked 'add new render window'. To my surprise msfs remained split over the two screens, but now the resolution was higher, and frame rates were greatly improved to  87 ! ***

So the takeaway is something for anyone to try. Set up 2 or 3 monitors with the beta option Experimental and do a quick flight. Now go back to Experimental settings and remove the extra window(s). In my case it increased performance and picture quality and yet the image was still split over the multi monitor screens (in my case 2 screens). It remains split over 2 screens every time I close down and reboot MSFS.

*settings: DLSS Quality for anti-alias, Global Rendering High, both Terrain and Objects LOD at 170, flying straight out of Asobo Tellerude KTEX. Full Screen Resolution Windowed 1920 x 1080 because one of my monitors is 1080 and the other one is 1440.

** By the way, after creating the new render window, there were now 2 icons in my taskbar, one labeled MSFS and the other one Window 1. MSFS icon picture was a tiny image of msfs displayed in wide screen, and Window 1 icon showed msfs in one regular width screen.

*** After unchecking the 'add new render' box in options, there was now just one taskbar icon called  MSFS, it was a tiny picture of  MSFS in widescreen.
