Are most blurry issues now resolved ?

I have seen a few posts where users have found a solution to their blurry issues and in general the number of posts regarding this issue are significantly lower in recent days. Am I correct to assume that most of the blurry issues are now resolved ?I am running an old P4 machine primarily using FS9, although I do have FSX installed and run quite nicely with no blurries. In order to get decent performance I have disabled all autogen, and AI (with exception of some planes).Mark.
