September 3, 20223 yr Hi all, Apologies if this has been answered earlier or elsewhere. I have recently downloaded the demo version of axis and ohs to use with my stream deck on MSFS. I cannot get it to work with my stream deck. I have installed the plugin for the stream deck that appears to be fine. having downloaded some templates for the stream deck (compatible with axis and ohs) these do not appear on aaohs page. in other words, there are no assigned buttons on the page. AAOH does appear to connect to the aircraft correctly, just the rest of the page is blank. How do I install a profile onto AAOHs as it appears the hard work has already been done by other people, I can get the profile to appear on the stream deck, but the buttons do not work nor does the profile appear on AAOHs. What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance. James

The StreamDeck buttons etc. do not appear in AAO itself at all, and you don't need templates (in the AAO sense - what you download for the StreamDeck are Profiles) in this scenario. What you may need is to import scripts, but that should be in the description of the SD Profile that you have downloaded. When in doubt, contact the author of that profile. AAO has an API built in (referred to as "WebAPI"), which the StreamDeck plugin uses to talk to the simulator. AAO is the equivalent of a telephone wire and switchboard in this case - nothing more. So that "the page is blank", is actually correct if you are only using the StreamDeck with AAO. To open the gates for the SD profile to be able to talk to the simulator, you have to get said "WebAPI" working. To achieve that there is the AAO users manual, and the WebAPI troubleshooting guide (a PDF that you can download on the same page where the AAO SD plugin is).
