FENIX EFB only showing FENIX 'Logo'

Morning all,

Have latest update, everything power up OK but the EFB only shows the Fenix 'LOGO', how do you get to the password screen on the EFB?

maybe  your  answer  could  be  one  of  these

edit  supposed  you have  tried  this

Thanks! Click on top of the PA mic and the whole EFB will disappear. Click the same spot again and it comes back. If you want to just turn it off you can press the power button by the charging cable (I believe) and as mentioned you can hide it completely with the top of the mic.17 June 2022

Hi Pete, 

 

Ok resolved:

1. Do ot run fenix APP as ADMIN

2. DO NOT start APP before SIM...just let the 'process' auto start the APP

 

All good...phew!

 

Case closed
