September 24, 20223 yr I have the MSFS edition. MSFS and Windows 10 are English language versions and set to English. However, under MCE's ATC settings I cannot activate Native ATC. The message above the checkbox indicates that the MSFS UI must be set to English.

What you need to do is just that, set MSFS user options to "English-US" This is to ensure MCE gets ATC options in English language and not German, French or other Ask co-pilot "confirm ATC options" and assuming you can see some options displayed in ATC menu, should hear a TTS voice read them aloud.
