September 26, 20223 yr I've spent hours trying to contact RXP support with no avail. I have 3 concerns: How do I get the timers to work on my RSG GTN 750 and GTN 650.... RealSimGear tells me that it is a Reality issue. How do I update the databases for my GTN 750 and 650?... Navigraph will update my RSG G500... but the detailed process listed in this forum does not appear to work. How do I get the GTN 750 and GTN 650 to crossfill? Again, RSG tells me that this is a RealityXP issue. Prior listings on this forum (by me) about the timer have gone unaddressed. I finally got a How To form to come up on the RXP website but using the email address that I used when I purchased the products resulted in a "we cannot answer to a spam address" and locked me out. I have double checked the email address... that I used to purchase keys in 1/2021. It is reproduced accurately. A bit frustrated! Jim
October 5, 20223 yr you have to buy the new database for the GTN750 directly from Garmin. its the orginal trainer after all. crossfill from GTN750 to 650 is not working. you have to program each individually.

February 28, 20233 yr I have same issue do installer and get error ...then turn off virus been trying to get reality xp 530 in xp12 for 2 weeks and can not finally gave up and FLIGHT ONE refunded $$ just wonder why REALITY XP never responds to tec support have tried several tickets and e mails and still nothing from them
