I am under the impression that this can be done without any additional software. I was able to find one YouTube video describing how to set up the controller bindings, but the video was too old and the settings in the sim didn't match to what's in the sim now.

Can anyone point me to a video or article that explains how to get it working within the sim and what bindings work best? I am using a Quest 2 and have the controllers that come with it.
