Cannot enter the top down view

In P3Dv5.3 I cannot get from the airport diagram viewer into the top-down view.  If I click on a parking circle, as per the user manual, nothing happens.I cannot enable editing mode by right clicking anywhere in this view, because if I right click the following menu appears, there is no option to enable editing mode

The option "open map view in the simulation" also does nothing, it just returns me to my normal cockpit view

Can you take a screenshot to the "Aircraft Profile" settings window?, to see the options that are checked?. Also.did it worked on previous Prepar3D versions? 5.0?, just curious to see if it was working before.
