October 14, 20223 yr Hi I've changed a long time ago the user but forgot how I did that. Now suddenly, after not using msfs2020 for many months anymore, it wants the old user login which I don't have anymore. I remember that it was a easy removal/change of the old login. Thanks for your help.

Then you'll have to find out to which account your MSFS license is registered. You need to retrieve at least the accountname you purchased MSFS with, or the Microsoft account that is connected with it. If you can't hopefully Microsoft Support can help you but they will need something that connects you to that account. Otherwise I'm afraid you'll just have to purchase a new license. October 14, 20223 yr Author I've bought it from Steam. I remember to only remove somewhere the loginname so I can log in with the new name. As for my old login I believe m$ was hacked as I was told a long time ago that I'm to young, needing parent...blabla...
