Last time I've installed Ubuntu, about a decade ago, the package manager offered 3 nvidia drivers to install. You had to google which one as the other two were broken... On my 5 year old system I have 32GB Ram, which is probably the minimum. Never had problems on Ubuntu.-

Yes, I remember playing ID games Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake etc. for hours on Linux. Yes it was possible at around 2005 or so to download an inofficial executable, if you had the game for Windows. Was good fun, nowadays I don't play anymore. As for the Epic Honeywell, developers should use plugins to extend the MFD etc. They even have to create Epic plugins to display Engine displays on the PFD or sections etc. on the MFD. Maybe that's the same for the WT G3000?

That would explain why the 3d modeling is pretty good and all the rest is pretty bad.
