Aerosim First for FSX Pack

Has anybody tried this! It includes a B777 that they claim has a working LNAV and VNAV system, but without a FMC, as well as AutoLand feature. The LNAV is easy enough, but VNAV would need a way to manage accent and decent based on speed and weight, and if it does it by waypoint like a FMC would need some sort of vertical flight management! I was wondering how it worked? Based on the quality of their other products, it sounds intriguing! Also the demo video seems to show excellent performance! Thanks
